| Additional Information Swords Fencing Studio is owned by Tigran Shaginian, a four-time Russian national champion. Tigran has been fencing since the age of 7. In 1980, he earned a place on the Soviet Union's Olympic Pentathlon Team, proving him to be a top athlete in fencing, shooting, steeplechasing, running and swimming. An Armenian immigrant to the United States, Tigran dreamed of a place where the art of fencing would be passed onto others so that they too would know the joy of fencing -- thus the creation of Swords Fencing Studio. |
