Summer Nationals is just around the corner and will be the first Summer Nationals for quite a few of our fencers. We have over 25 fencers competing competitively in several epee events from Y10 to Vet 60. Good luck to all our fencers, first timers and veterans as this is the start of next year's team qualification! Good luck to our coaches as well as they all compete in San Jose from June 27th to July 6th, 2015.

anks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
