Coach Tigran and Stephen Ewart traveled to Klagenfurt, Austria to compete in this years first Cadet World Cup of the season. Stephen Ewart fenced well in pools and came out 5-1. He then went on to fence very well against every opponent. He beat the number 7th ranked Cadet David Nagy in the 32s and then went on to beat teammate Zach Kravitz in the 16s to make the 8s where he lost to a very tough opponent. This is a great finish for Stephen and Coach Tigran. Congratulations to Stephen Ewart for finishing 8th overall out of a strong 225+ fencers!

After a long weekend and some great results, we want to congratulate our fencers who competed in Arizona over this past weekend.

In the Y14 Men's Epee event, congratulations to Chris Kim for placing 2nd overall and to Stafford Moosekian for placing 11th. They both earned Y14 National Points and are now nationally ranked in Y14 Men's Epee!

In the Y14 Women's Epee event, after a tough day, Irene Yeu placed a strong 6th and earned Y14 National Points.

In the Y12 Men's Epee event, Stafford Moosekian fenced top ranked national fencers to get to the finals where he fenced Luke Kolbinske, A C15 fencer, and placed 2nd overall after a heartbreaking priority loss 12-11. Stafford earned Y12 National points and is now ranked 10th in the nation in Y12 Men's Epee! Great job!
