The January NAC proved to be a tough but great tournament for many of our fencers. Congratulations to all those who competed in a tough Junior and Division I tournament!
Day 1 Junior Women's Epee The day was tough but both of our fencers made the top 32 and earned national points. For Y14 fencer, Irene Yeu, it was her first top 32 finish in a Junior National event! Nicole Agob out of 144 fencers Day 2 Division I Men's Epee We had a great day with a Bronze medal from Junior fencer, Stephen Ewart Jr! Joey Rafidi also put up a great fight and lost in the 16s to Rio athlete Egyptian Ayman Fayez, losing 13-15 after being down 6 points! Joey has placed in the top 16 or top 8 in every Div I competition this season! Cadet fencers, Emon Daroian and Aidan Kung, earned Div I national points by placing in the top 64 out of the tougher schedule. Congrats to all who competed! Results BRONZE Stephen Ewart Jr 13.
