Junior Olympics is always a big event for us and we had several fencers compete this year in Kansas City, MO. In Junior Men's Epee, we had a rough start but had some overall good finishes even if they were below expectations. Better luck next time boys! Junior Men's Epee Results 37th Stephen Ewart 55th Aidan Kung 87th Emon Daroian 93rd Christopher Kim 135th Fulun Shen 152nd Stafford Moosekian 194th Brian Ferrante 217th William Campos 266th Spencer Dingman out of 301 fencers In Junior Women's Epee, we had Y14 fencer Irene Yeu take home her first Junior National points! Congratulations! Junior Women's Epee Results 27th Irene Yeu 40th Emily Beihold 116th Melody Lo 142nd Kristen Kim out of 208 fencers In Junior Team Men's Epee, we came home again with the Bronze medal with a primarily Cadet Team! Congratulations to our boys for working hard for that medal against a tough Alliance team! Junior Team Men's Epee Results BRONZE Stephen Ewart, Emon Daroian, Aidan Kung 30th Allan Shen, Stafford Moosekian, William Campos out of 44 teams Cadet Men's Epee was also a little rough for our fencers, but overall it was great experience for all especially for some where this was their first Junior Olympics! Keep working hard! Cadet Men's Epee Results 24th Emon Daroian 39th Aidan Kung 86th Spencer Dingman 99th Stafford Moosekian 126th Christopher Kim 217th Brian Ferrante out of 263 fencers In Cadet Women's Epee, we earned our 2nd medal of the weekend with Y14 fencer Irene Yeu bringing it back to Cali! With this, she clears a berth for her to travel internationally on the Cadet Circuit next year! Great job! Cadet Women's Epee Results 8th Irene Yeu 130th Kristen Kim 154th Melody Lo 181st Ashley Liang out of 189 fencers Congratulations to all as this was some fencers' first NAC ever, so props to those who gave it their best! We look forward to the future with more hard work to come! There are some great results and lots of lessons learned. Keep striving for Gold Swords!

ks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experi ence mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing wdchen it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
